Maybe depending on what the condition of the motor is. Is it rebuilt? Do you have any paperwork for it? If not them probably no, since a jdm doesn't cost much more. There is someone in my area that has been trying to sell a 2jzgte for 1500 for a long time with no luck, but says it is rebuilt but has nothing to prove it.
