hey man they are going to look ugly like hell, especialy if running with 50 low profile tires. the supra have a lot of clearence between the fender and the center hub. i will concider something bigger or unless planning on bring it down to the floor " low rider". i believe the rotors are between 13 inches. good luck with it , GET BIGGER RIMSSSSSSS

SOME will fit fine and others won't in all cases the caliper is quite close to the inside of the wheel.
There are some good reasons for running 15's... bigger sidewall = more cushion while driving and some reduced wear on suspension components. Also, they're great for snow/autumn tires as hitting a massive pothole of sliding into a curb is less likely to destroy the rim.

Except with that size of tire he will have less sidewall then with the stock size. It would need to be a 195 65 15 just to maintain the factory height.

As you've just pointed out in your own post, smaller tire = more sidewall area if the circumference is equal. Same reason why I can run 17's with a much lower profile tire on a car that came stock with 15's.

I think I worded it wrong. I meant with that size of tire he will be running a tire with an overall diameter that is much too small versus stock. With that size there is no benefit to running a 15 rim.

If he's looking for a ghetto look then who cares. If he's looking to run them in a general capacity it's fine, just needs a different profile tire... as you've stated... Why are you still going on about this?!
