4501-RM003 is the one you need, which the ebay auction is correct for what you need

Time out.
The FCD is not a good idea. Keep in mind, the enineers at Toyota placed fuel cut in the ECU for a very good reason.
An FCD installed, without proper research and understanding of the 7MGTE fuel management system, could contribute to engine failure.
Fuel cut is a pain in the ass. The FCD sounds like the PERFECT solution. It is not.
Fuel cut can and will be dealt with, under proper fuel management (MaftPro, AEM stand alone, etc).
Please research this issue. I have seen the results of the use of the FCD without proper education.

Agreed. It's outdated tech and without proper tuning and monitoring it can be an engine killer. They're still huge in some communities though and it is his car so as you/he wish/es.

i forgot to add that he has gotten tuned by lawrence before, but since he kept hitting fuel cut, he couldnt push the 18psi, and could only get 14. and even attt 14 he still hits fuel cut. his turbo ended up blowing up so he got a new one from drift motion. lawrence says that he'll continue to tune after he gets the fcd and new turbo.
so thats why he wants to get the fcd
