Default Rpm @ 60 mph??

Hello.

I am troubleshooting my 89 supra turbo with A/T. I would like to know what is the correct RPM @ 60 MPH with the ECT off. I am getting to different RPM. When my head lights are on I get a higher RPM than when they are off. So i'm guessing my torque converter is locking up when my lights are off, and i can't lock up when lights are on. Weird.... This is cause by a rewire inside the dash that the previous owner did in this supra.

Let me know ...

Thanks

Check if your lock up solenoid is working. and the the continuity between the lock up solenoid connector with the A/T computer harness
