That picture is correct. The fuel pump relay is on the passenger side, and the EFI relay is a gray relay in the fuse box under the hood. There should be a diagram on your fuse box cover, but maybe not. What should happen is with the key turned on, the EFI relay should click (and so should the fuel pump relay i think). So if it does not do this you do the short Fp B+ Since you said that made it work, then.... well honestly i need to look in my book b/c i dont remember. haha.
So check to see if the EFI relay clicks with key on. And if not if it clicks when those two terminals are shorted. And I will take a look at the schematics and get back to you, if someone else doesnt first. good luck |

I am pretty sure the fuel pump does not turn on at all until you turn the key to start, so that relay should be dead until you turn the key to start. Another thing you can try is to go through the steps to disable the theft deterrent system as i think this disables the fuel pump...
