Folding mirrors, rear fog lights, and, IIRC, no factory alarm on earlier years, if any.
I seriously doubt it's German market. Post the vin and I'll pull a carfax.

Thanks Cre, I found it is a US spec car, the emission controls were different in Europe then (leaded gas), but it had to be brought to US specs prior to being shipped stateside...
