Coolant or oil in my intake hoses???
 
i apologize if this is a common problem i didnt search

i have a 7mgte with a blown head gasket and rod knock like no other before it blew i kept getting coolant or oil in my intake hoses into the throtel body and intercooler what is this from and how do i stop it so i dont have to deal with it after my rebuild?

Ur turbo might be leaking somewhere

the turbo is brand new not even 1k miles on it not a rebuilt ct26 but brand new from toyota (have a friend of a friend that works at the dealer)

i read something some where about the pcv system allowing oil into the intake system but im not sure how to fix it maybe a catch can of some sort

shoulda searched. this question has been answered. but to put your fresh spin on it..

you had a cracked head and a rod knock and your wounder why there was oil in your blow by lines?
simple it was doing its job..
