87 NA to Turbo upgrade

So im gettin my hands on a 1987 Supra MKIII NA and it makes somewhere around 150 horsepower with the recent engine rebuild, so i want to up the power to at least 250 so i can compete in drift and gymkhana. What size turbo should i get for this? do i need to rebuild the engine..again..to handle to psi to obtain this power ? how much am i looking at here im on a limited budget of about 5 grand
