Dr. Tweak over at SF will do your splice if you send him both harnesses, i think he charges like 200 bucks, hit him up. Theres a motor imporer in VA called JEI that has 1jz and 2jz's in stock, sold with the motor, tranny, ecu, and bay harness, they can probably get you a whole front clip but you'd have to ask. I'm not sure about the speedo hole thing, so i won't comment on that. Your crossmember should be okay, i don't think it matters as long as your chassis is an 89'.
