Sounds good guys, I'll try that today when I get home from work. I did push it this morning on the way to work and the temp gauge never moved from its normal operating temp reading....????

When you do it park it facing up a hill. This gets the heater core lower than the radiator cap. Rev is to 3K a few times while clearing out the air. Like he said about 15 to 20 minutes with the rad cap off.
If this does not fix the problem, remove your thermostat and cut the dangle and drill a 4mm hole where the dangle was. Mine didn't clkear all the air till I drilled my thermostat.
