Shift boots and ebrake boots can be bought from individuals parting out, new from Toyota, or from some vendors such as "BonnieButtons" on eBay. My ebrake boot is new from Toyota (had to match the blue interior) and the shift boot is by BonnieButtons (the boot was MUCH less expensive and looks factory).... well I suppose I should say my shift boot and ebrake boots WERE from those places... :P
The antenna I'd try to source used, myself. Check the Parts For Sale section on here, there's a "Want to Buy" section too.
