Default Coolant overflow tank relocation?

I am in the process of installing an intercooler which requires the relocation of the engine oil cooler and coolant overflow tank.
The oil cooler issue has been resolved. However, the only solution for the coolant tank, to date, is to make an aluminum replacement to fit in the remaining space.
I am requesting any feed back / suggestions the members may have prior to fabricating the new tank.
Thanks,

MJG

The project is complete, suggestions no longer needed.
