Turbo?
 7M or ?JZ motor in it? Could be many many many things atm really, do you have an eml showing (engine light) and if not, does it actually work when you switch the ign. on? EDIT-: Oh, and welcome. Once you get the hang of knowing what to tell us & what to look for this forum becomes a vast pit of knowledge & I can't think of anywhere else more likely to get this b!atch on song...  Let's 'ave it!
