need help adjusting tps

got a new tps cause the old one would bog out. i put the new one in and it ran fine for the first day. the next day it idles at 2500 rpm. then another day it idles at 1500. then at 1000. now its idle at 500rpm and when i let go of the gas or stop it cuts of on me. how do i adjust the tps?
