how much it costs, body condition(rust hides in the rear wheel wells), how many owners(was it maintained)
things like that but for your question about the targa, there is alot more flex in the chassis without the roof so if your going to build a high hp car it might not be the best bet, but there are ways to stiffen the chassis |
