98poop.... you need to do a LOT more studying before you start modding things... they're right, you're plans for changes are a mile off and scream novice. I don't see anyone throwing punches at you though. PS - If you would post more legibly you'll probably get more help; I can't make out what you're trying to say most of the time.
If anyone wishes to continue the discussion about Neon's you may post a thread in 'Off Topic'. They are respectable little buggers. /thread
