Sorry, no magic way to do it.

There are 4 bolts to the throttle body. You have to unbolt them and the two braces on the passenger which connect it to the head. Then pop the throttle linkage off with a screwdriver. There are only two hoses you need to disconnect: the one which connects the metal T shaped pipe on the back side and the 1" hose on the front side. Then just lift the throttle body out of the way. Don't disconnect the two 1/2" hoses if you can avoid it, they're coolant hoses.... not hard to work with, but I don't believe you have to to get the job done.

Don't over tighten anything when reassembling and absolutely do not over tighten the spark plugs!

While you've got the throttle body off grab a philips screwdriver and tighten down the screws holding down the valve covers... it's a common spot for leaks. (You should change the gaskets for new ones if you're up to it.) They only need to be a good, firm hand tight.

The screws for the throttle body (all 6, the 2 for the 2 braces and the 4 which connect it to the rest of the intake) require just 9ft.lbs. The spark plugs require 13ft.lbs.

Here's the Toyota service manual's section on it:
