So i just found a small hole in the scilicone hose on the front side of my FMIC. I think this may have been the issue i was having. I can still boost to around 15 but when i got her i was around 17 consistantly. It still drives good but i think i found the issue

If you mean a coupler, then no wonder you've been hitting fuel cut. Fix it soon, you're overworking the turbo.

With the Snow the way it is, i dont think i am going to be driving it any time soon.
