The first signs of Head Gasket failure on a Supra are the expansion tank overflowing and a gurgerling sound behind the dash at start up. (Combustion gases in the coolant.) Check inside your oil filler cap for any white residue, normally a good sign of coolant leaking into the oil gallery’s, not common with a Supra but worth checking. I would give the engine and rad a good flush out , Remove the drain plug in the block, located on the exhaust manifold side towards the rear. I would also remove the rad and give it a good flush through, fill up with coolant and check again for any gunk.. The Vibration doesn’t sound related to a HG failure unless your not firing on all cylinders due to a major blown head gasket failure in which case your expansion tank would overflow.
