Read post 3 Link mine has 3 washers (not sure of the thickness) with the front cat removed I'm getting 11psi. If I remove the second cat also, I will hit 14psi and then the engine light will come on indicating fuel cutout. I prefer to leave the second cat on due to the exhaust noise and to protect the engine from any unnecessary damage. (Head Gasket)
