yea, its mos def not the alarm. its definitely the starter. I have access to a lift because i know a guy that owns a Speedy's Oil Change here. So it might make it easier. And it's definitely not the battery or wires because they are both brand new. But the stater made me broke. I'm only 18 so i definitely have a lot of energy for it. And Supra's are damn fun to drive and work on. The only thing left is that i have to put on the steel braided brake lines brembo rotors and change my door hinges cuz the hinge pins are trashed the starter and i need a new paint job. and someone tell me if i would be better off puttin a turbo or a supercharger in it. thanx all.

Yup.....starter.....It was in the worst place ever. Insanely hard to work with. But it didn't take 6 hours. It took 2 and a half at most. But I was working with a partner. I just put it up on one jack stand on the drivers side and went to work. I got to one bolt underneath the car and one thru the engine. The one thru the engine sucked. It was the hardest, most time consuming part of it. The starter is in a really tight place. I'm 6'2" so you can imagine my trouble getting my hands thru the engine and thru the undercarriage. And for anyone else doing this job.....the tools needed are either a 14 mm (9/16) open ended wrench for the bolts, and a 13 mm for the battery connection, and another person to hold the starter in place while u bolt it in. The oil pan is very much in the way of the starter by the way. Thank you all for the troubleshoots. She starts like a dream now. But still lookin for an answer.....supercharger or turbo charger..........?

Turbo would be cheaper, since it's just a matter of buying the parts that where on the turbo cars...
