A BOV releives the preasure form your intake that the turbo is putting on it. This will help your turbo last longer and is a must for manual trannies.
Im not sure about what a cold air intake is on a 1jz, but for my 7m after the air filter, the AFM, and the metal hardpipe its 340 bucks..
