Default engine swap PLZ HELP MEE!!!

i am currently doing an engine swap on my supra,, (turns out it was a rod knock). this is alot of woirk it looked simple at first but when i saw my wiring harness and what i need to disconnect i slowly stopped working on it, is there any site that has a step by step guide on the r&r of a 7m-ge? that would help me more than alot!!! and am i just looking at it wrong the wiring harness seems to be a huge anaconda of wires that snakes inside and out of my whole engine. plz help i really want to get this done!!!

Take apart your glove box, unhook the wiring harness from the ECU, and push the connector's through the firewall. This way you can leave the harness on the engine when you pull it, and get a good idea of how it's all ran. It'll make it alot easier on you to put the harness on the replacement engine when it's out of the car.

thank you i had no idea that i could even do that.. that makes things MuCH easier !!

yeah i didnt have much time to get to know this car much before i started the swap hopefully you fellow forumers can put up with me until its done . but im very mechanically inclined and this car doesnt seem to be much harder than a normal engine swap. i did read and i know about the top tranny bolts and i have that taken care of, and the rest seems to just come apart like its supposed to.
