Ill have to check alldata which could be a couple weeks you could ask a toyota dealership what your readings should be key on engine off and key on engine on. they should be able to tell you what electricty and how much. If you cant find out from them Ill try to find it. Ill see if my chiltons has it but I highly doubt it.
