Both of those could be causeing a misfire. The air flow meter is a plate that as the air in your intake pushes on it the voltage goes up telling the computer how much air flow is coming in to give you that 14.7:1 air fuel mix you want and the computer figures out how dense the air is by what temp the air is coming in. Do you have a multimeter?
