Yeah, that's what I've been thinking (cutting the weld). Gonna have to get a little creative on accomplishing that. I do believe the keyway is damaged, or the key is missing because my timing will retard under heavy driving (belt does not jump, good tension, crankshaft timing gear is slipping). I had talked to the owner of the car about 50,000 miles ago and he said the pulley had worked itself off while driving to work. Didn't mention he had it welded on though...
