Unhappy modified 7mgte intake gets hot but wont start !

Hi Guys, Total Newbe here but not new to working on cars.

Here is my dilema !... I just installed a new head gasket after having a 3 angle valve job and shaving the head... The gasket I installed is an HKS 2.0 mm gasket. Installed an aftermarket Exhaust manifold with a T4 turbo and a Tial knock off wastegate. I also installed a Fuel Pressure regulator.

this is what is happening... I noticed on the fuel pressure regulator the pressure was 30 PSI but only while turning over the engine.( still no start ) when I let off the key its back to 0
should the fuel pressure up when turning on the ignition?

Also noticed that all my turbo piping and intake is getting hot after about 4 or 5 seconds of cranking.

I tried to spray a little starter fluid in the intake, she tries to start but pops ! Blew out a flame out of the MAF anyone have a clue what I am doing wrong? I now have so much money in this car and I cant get it started !:confused ::confused :

If you sprayed starting fluid through the afm you could have damaged it.

Hey bud, you should never use starting fluid on a Supra !
Too much danger ruining the AFM.
Have you checked your fuses?
did you make sure you have the fuel lines in the right place?
check the EFI relay?
when you turn the ignition on do you hear the fuel pump cycling on then off?
Do you have pressur when you cycle on or off?
you should have about 37 to 44 psi to the fuel delivery rail !
If not check all your fuses first. check for fuel leaks....
Let me know once you have done these checks

Geez man ! I checked all that !
I have 4 AFM units i tried... only sprayed one with starter fluid.
I have a brand new one from the factory on there now ! I dont think that is the problem !

what I dont get is... I only have pressure when I am cranking the car over !
When I turn on the key to acc. it should pressure up the fuel rail but it doesnt ! I am stumped and really frustrated !

and why would my intercooler piping get hot from cranking the car?

I try and start and it does is just crank ! wont start ! I checked the compression and i Have 150 accross all six cylinders... so the timing is good anyway !

I have a good spark ! the coils are firing ! perhaps the wires are on wrong? I started from the passenger side, got the new wires on and new plugs ! Still nothing. so I put a new cold start injector.... still nothing !
WTF? I also have a sweet 3.5 inch exhaust with catback by Greddy
a T4 35 psi turbo with a Tial knock off wastegate 14 psi and a Turbo XS exhaust manifold.
What do I need to check next ?:confused :

I do appreciate you guys trying to help , I really do !
