Well I'm sure it's not the distributor, rotor, nor spark plugs and wires. Because if it was it'd at least start and just run rough.
Does your car bog when you try and start it? If it does then it's timing. Other wise I would test the coil and ignitor. Could also be fuses so make sure to check them as they are missed a lot. Next you might want to check for fuel. Make sure your fuel pump is working. Also make sure your injectors are firing. Hope that helps |
