Default bov question???

hello, i recently replaced my turbo on my 88 gte and i am putting it back together. my question is, since i forgot how to hook up my bov. there are 2 vacuum inlets (on big and one small) do i hook em both up to a vacuum source or do i cap one off??? i cant remember what i did. thanks for the quick response. OH its just a cheap ebay one. spent too much money and cant afford a real one for a few weeks. not a stock. its now vented to the atmosphere aswell

I hoked up one small nipple to my intake so some pressure would blow back in the intake to keep the car from stalling out. But just yesterday I ran it not hooked up, and the pisssst noise was really aggressive I may keep it that way also.
