Default Exhaust suggestions

Just dropped in an Apexi air intake and there is a noticeable difference in performance. I love it. Now, I want to take the next step and change the exhaust - not the headers yet.

I am looking for a nice, deep, throaty sound. Any suggestions ?

unless you have a turbo, don't bother with the header. no aftermarket header will bolt-on, there has to be modifications done to it so that itll fit. more money than its worth.

A turbo, all other mods to NA's are a waste. You can argue about it if you want, but 7mge's in a mk3 are not cost effective to make power without a turbo.

Put a nice exhaust on it, nice rims, lower it and save for a turbo. That way you're looking good in the meantime.

There is headers for the NA made by Monzda Pacesetter you have the choice of 4:2:1 has a choice between armor coating or hi temp blk or 4:1 only comes in hight temp blk and both are made out of mild steel which is not ideal for turbos since they run so hot it would warp them ; there is also aftermarket headers made specially for the turbos as well that is made from stainless steel which is way better for turbos and can hold up to the beating...
