1988 supra kill switch??

Hello guys... I recently bought a 1988 toyota supra. I bought it of a guy that had it abandoned at the back of his yard (and as you can imagine the car is really beat up). The car has a removable roof which does not work any more due to some missing screws. i guess the best way would cut the wire to the starter position in the ignition, wire in a switch. another thing you could just unhook the battery, dont know much bout LA but would they pop the hood to try and figure out why it wont start if the screwdriver in ignition wont do it? but uh yeah heres a little guide I found
