Default Help me decide!

Ok so lately I've been looking around for a faster car to fix up. So far I've come down to a 89-91 toyota supra turbo or a 89-91 honda crx si. I want to list some pros and cons of each and just wanted to know If I'm on target.

89-91 Toyota Supra Turbo:

-Stock turbo (so fast stock)
-More stock luxery items (P/W, P/L, etc.)
-more bang for the buck speed wise. (About 2-4k for a decent supra, but also seems a lot easier to tune and make faster since it comes with a turbo)
-RWD

89-91 Honda Crx Si

-Seems like more options for customization.
-Lighter
-Better on gas (Is this true even if I turbo it as long as I baby it?)

Those seem to be the pros of both. It seems like the only thing a crx has over a supra would be it's weight and gas mileage, which I'm not sure would be worth it after all the money I'd want to put into it to get it up to my hp goals.

anything helps. Thanks!

is this a trick question?
if your going for fast a honda should be the last thing on your minda, honda not being set up for a turbo would probably take more to make it faster never tried it though so cant say for sure.

...

There are many reasons, but without going into details and insulting somebody, I will leave it at that.

This is how I see it, you can make a fast Honda for very little money, but in the end, you still have a Honda. Even if you have a nice Honda people still just see it as a Honda, there is this bad cloud that follows them, its a shame because they are decent cars.

A Supra on the other hand, with the correct amount of money and time can be the nicest thing on the road, and people will respect that. The only problem is that the Supra is sometimes abused and it takes a lot of money to get them to a point where you can be worry free.

So its up to you, I my self would have a Honda as a gas saver, and the Supra as my car, lol.

like chambers said, it all depends on how much money you are willing to dish out. supra's are a money pit because everything is expensive, unlike the honda

I still don't understand what's so bad about having a Honda. Like, what's the "bad cloud" that follows them? I'm jw.

Let`s put it this way...
If u own a Supra, you have a sport`s coupe, if you have a CRX, you just have a small car.
A supra gives you a certain status, a crx... there are so many small cars out there...
I myself do not agree with those that want the smallest car with the biggest engine. I want to look good in that car too. Otherwise I would have get myself a renault 5 or something.
