My biggest question to you is why do you need the dimensions of the motor exactly. The 7MGTE is designed to fit in your Mark 3 so the dimension shouldn't be a problem. If you want to know how big it is it is practically the same motor as your 7MGE just with a turbo added. Of course there is other things that go along with that but in essence they are close to the same size. I have a 1JZGTE in my car and it is designed to fit in a Mark 3 supra so it is close to the same size as a 7MGE as well.
