thanks grandavi. i am also going to try using smoke to see if i can locate anything. my grandpa actually suggested it cause thats what he did back in the day when he rebuilt engines to find leaks and stuff.

I think you need to take the fan off to use smoke.. unless your talking whacky tabacky...
