my 87 turbo 5spd targa
few pix of when i got it and now, passenger side when i first got it, last weekend when i gave it a bath finally, where i stopped the first night i worked on it, after i finally got the turbo off(that was quite the job, thankfully the replacement had the studs for the DP lol), and the new headgasket for it

87 supra, 7MGTE, head gasket and turbo replaced, runs and boosts! fixing wiring odds and ends, then storage for a year basically...then comes big money cash in er, lookin for 500+ to the ground and a very sleek, sexy mkiii |

Once a supra always a supra
My baby it is my first 7mgte supra 1987 auto fast as hell performance short block and overhauled ct-26 still at 8 psi but I believe it beats most cars on the road as is... Lol
   TOYOTA SUPRA FOREVER! Once a supra always a supra does anybody know about the PEELING around the hatch glass and windshield glass and side window glass? I need to know how to fix the peeling off the chrome metal that surrounds the glass on the hatch and windows. i cannot stand the peeling weather stripping. its ugly. |

For the trim its the coating peeling off. only fix is scrape off the peeling and paint them with trim paint. Or just replace them but thats costly like 400-500$ new per window. Or find used ones that r in good shape.
