Guys,
What socket do I have to use with ARP bolts? My current 14 doesn't hold more than 60ft/lbs.Maybe I need better quality socket.... Thank you! Last edited by Serge; 07-18-2008 at 07:00 AM. |

ARP studs/bolts are made in the US, I think your find they are imperial (inch) use a 9/16 long reach socket with a 3/8 drive, if your torque wrench is 1/2 use an adaptor. Thread size is 12 mm x 1.25 just in case you need to clean out the holes in the bock, which I recommend you do.

Thanks Bill. It's done now with 90ft/lbs.
I have a next question. How properly to clean the cold start injector? It's dirty and I would like to clean it up. |

Okay,
The engine is working already...Do I have to replace catalutic after the running of this supra with blown gasket? How would I figure it out? (mileage 111000miles) Thank you! |
