two options other than a new stock rubber one that will crack again later.....
I would go with the cooleeze, canadian built good guy, however probably a very long delay email him and ask  TOYOTA COOLEEZE Chinese made, fitment issues( puts filter closer to radiator ) may of fixed that email him...
