Please take a little more time in the composition of your posts. It makes it a lot easier for us to accurately help and makes it less of a chore for us as well.
As for the battery, are you saying that it keeps ending up drained? If so, even if the original problem wasn't simply a bad battery, the battery is probably shot now. Check for parasitic losses when you've got a fully charged battery connected. Shouldn't be more than a few hundred milliamps of draw. The most common replacement for the stock blow off valve for a car that's stock is a certain model Bosch bypass valve (aka blow off valve). I don't know the model myself, but you should be able to locate the specifics easily enough by searching "Bosch BOV" on most of the Supra sites. With the power steering the problem could be any number of things. A bad power steering rack, and clogged line, a shot power steering pump, emulsified power steering fluid, or even a bad belt.
