Default Great Thread

Ok Guys I have posted a lot in other threads I am about to conclude that my car has a Blown Head gasket. Not sure I want to attempt a repair in my driveway or want to put any more time or money into this NA 86.5

It sat for 6 years cause I couldn't get the starter on it. Finally I got the starter replaced it started sounded fine, then blew some steam quite a bit but only after I started up a hill on it's first ride, and burned out the lubricating oil I had put in the cylinders and then stopped and cleared thought the steam was fromcondensation in the exhaust and such. When it died it was running rough, had clear exhaust maybe a little smoke or none and had no overheating. Took it for a 2 mile drive at low speeds and it just died! I have spark, I have fuel, I have to take a compression test now. Which means taking the plenum off.

Does any one have any clue as to what might be wrong? Could a bad throttle sensor stop the car from running? I got a code I think that said 41 and 51. I turned the key off and tried to get the codes again but it just stayed on no flashing at all.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Scott
