Oil leak near CPS

Do you have to loosen the bolt to rotate the crank or will it just turn with a socket wrench on it?

Just locate the socket onto crankshaft pulley bolt and turn it clockwise, as if you where doing it up, don’t worry the bolt is tightened at a very high torque setting, something like 80 +psi off the top of my head I think.
Correction 195 pounds per sq foot
