should recirculate that. its releasing metered air to the atmosphere. like already said, you'll run rich

Yes, that is the correct vacuum routing. The aftermarket bov, use the same line as the factory cbv's. I run mine to the atmosphere, and it will backfire due to raw fuel when you shift real hard at high boost and rpm, but otherwise shouldn't be a problem. Might burn up your cat with that much raw fuel, but for those short periods of time just after shifts at high boost, I don't think it will be much of a problem.
I guess I will find out when I have to do emissions next year.
