Default Electric Fan Controller Temp. question

since the fan shroud of my '92 supra was broken and couldn find any replacement i decided to go get 2 Hayden 3690 electric fan for my car. i got a new radiator and the fans fitted nicely on it, afterwards i went and got a Hayden Thermostatic Electric Radiator Fan Controller for the fans.
The controller can be set between 160F - 230F.
My question is at what temp should i set it?
