replaced BHG and still milky oil

My thoughts also.

You never mentioned the head.
You have to have it machined because the alluminum
expands, contracts and warps.

This would be my gues as to why you still have a bhg.

See the block is cast iron and the head is alluminum.
They both have different stress levels.
The cast iron will never warp enough for your eyes to see.
THe alluminum will but you'll have no way of knowing how much till its machined.

I would also incorporate ARP hardware and HKS mhg.
Probably a stopper. But none of that matters if you don't have atleast the head machined.
