I've tried all sorts with it, but its looking more and more like the AFM has had it. I've ordered another one from a breakers that has a warrentee on it (?75 :-( ) but at least if it doesn't work I can send it back and assume I hav another problem.
However I'm getting all the right voltages down the wiring and even after the connecter inside the afm, so really I think I've eliminated all other possibilites. It should turn up today, but if it doesn't cure this problem, I will be royally stumped. Cheers for your help guys, I'll let u know how it goes.

DRY FLOW FILTERS Gents.
I like to dis-connect both terminals for atleast 15 minutes to make sure that The battery and the ecu have both had ample time to adjust. It's like re-booting your pc. Sometimes you need to leave it off for a spell. That's about the going rate here in the states for a reman'd vafm. You should also check your timing. Keep checking for codes. Don't idle up or you'll automatically throw a 51 and that'll be your tps. |
