fitment question. I've decited to go for a oem/mesh look. i'm thinking some GTA mesh wheels off of a 80's trans am. would it be possible? similar to crown vic meshes. I really want this wheel any tips will be appreciated asap because I found a set for dirt cheap and would make my day if they fit.

http://www.tacreationsusa.com/firebi....htm#GTAWheels - this site has alot of into about the GTA wheel.

GTA wheel specs:

Size : 16" x 8"
Backspacing Front : 4.75"
Backspacing Rear : 5.25"
Bolt pattern : 4.75"
Material : Aluminum
Finish : Painted Centers/Cleared Lips

WILL THESE FIT?

hey guys i am new here. two questions i guess:
1. i could get the 5 spoke (91-92 supra?) wheels and be able to run 265/40R16s in the back w/o any issues from what i gather, right?

2. if i got 17x10" rims on the back with 275/35or40R17s with a +35mm offset, they would only stick out approx 1/4", is that right?

thanks

Default Tires

Depends on the weight you pack in to your back seats. I got some tires that were about 2-3" taller than the low profile 225 z50R 16 and they are doing fine.

well whatever i get i dont want to have to worry about them rubbing my body before the bump-stops hit. i was looking into weld draglites because I LOVE THEM but im thinking maybe im going a different direction than that because now i have the demon front bumper on my car and i dont know if muscle-style wheels work on a car that has a tuner-style bumper. so for now just thinking about 4th gen TT wheels and squeezing some 285s on the back

Anyone know if anyone ever put a 10'' wheel on the back? And would 19's fit with a not so low profile (rubber bands) tire?
