help on 5mge turbo

i got a 5mge n i turbo charge it. n i got the HKS SSBOV Blow Off Valve Sequential. where do i hook this blow valve to, to make the best blowing sound. is it between the afm and the turbo or sure i connect it on the piping that before the throutle body. where do i hook this up at to make it sounds nice.... n where do i connect the little vacuum lines on the back of the blow valve to. where do i connect that to. and my other question is that whats the highest psi i can boost on my 5mge motor. as right nowi boosting 6psi. and i want to know whats the max i can boosting on my 5mge. please help cause i dont want to get my 5mge bhg tho. so please help me asap alright. thanx.
