Default New need some help

hey everyone i want to start by saying i am new to supras.my first question is one of my buddys is hurtin for some money right now and he wants to sell his 86 supra the only thing that is wrong with the engine is it needs a new front seal its got the inline six in it so how hard is it to replace this on a supra what does it involve and will that engine keep up with a 1.8 18v in a 4 door acura integra, not sure what liter this supra but i think its a 16v

As for the seal might take a couple hours if you havent done one get someone that has to help it will make it go quicker for with some experience there. Now the MKII Is a fast car stock but you need to strip some weight and open up the intake and exhaust to get some nice performance out of it. So to answer the question yes with the seal fixed and a little bit of cash you be eating the others up in the run.

The straight-six is 2.5 liters. A bone stock (but well maintained) mkII will drop any integra, let alone a four door. Intake and exhaust is a great idea, though.
