1986 7MGE toyota supra Tune up

Hey all,

I have a general tune up to do on my supra, i would like it running by summer if i have the resources by then. But here is the history on it (that i know of)

It hasn't been on the road since 2009 and for a lot of that time the engine would not start. Id say for about 4-5 years. I finally got some extra cash and got it started last year with a new fuel pump and fuses and let it ran for at least 20 min a day for about 3 days. i then changed the oil and did the same again.
Earlier this year i got the balls to take it for a spin and the coolant bypass broke on it. i fixed that temporarily and then the brake light stopper broke.
So now i can assume all those plastic and rubber hose pieces essential for operation are broken. so if anyone knows anything else that commonly dry it'd be awesome to know. Also the positive wiring cable was broken so i bought a new one and had to splice it but its basically just hooked/twisted on and i would to secure it.
