My 84 just failed (the under 25 mph test!!!) and I'm currently waiting for CAPS approval. You pay the first $100 and they'll kick in up to $500 for smog repairs. Same thing happened on my previous check and I got a new EGR & modulator and an 02 sensor from Toyota. I wonder what they'll find this time around.
