if cost is no concern, dont use the old cams again, buy some new aftermarket ones.
and what is your intake? because if you have just put on a cone k&n and its sitting in the engine bay its not helping.

you could also look into some headers its easy bolt on power.

not a power boost, but i would reccomend a good rad. and oil cooler.

maby a lightweight flywheel...

think of it this way, to gain power you need to add 2 things fuel and air.

buy some mandrel bent 3inch piping for your intake with minimal bends leading to your front bumper, then throw in some 210cc injectors from a 4age corrolla.
